Check out this supercharged 1966 Ford Bronco from Velocity Restorations

We love classic Ford Broncos. It is part of the reason that we are so excited that Ford finally brings the model back to the showrooms. The world needs more vehicles, such as the Jeep Wrangler. Nowadays it is possible to have an original Bronco restored as you wish, whether it is an unmodified Bronco or & # 39; 66 to & # 39; 77 or a residual fashion that is deep in the range of six digits. Velocity Restorations from Florida is one of the best in the industry and this supercharged & # 39; 69 Bronco is one of the best creations to date.

Given sufficient time and sufficient control, Velocity Restorations will build you just about anything. Co-owner Brandon Segers says that this Bronco is the most luxurious version of the company so far. The interior features heated and ventilated Italian leather seats, a custom instrument panel with LED backlight, air conditioning, a Kicker audio system with a Pioneer main unit and a tiltable steering column. Italian leather also covers the dashboard, the door panels and the shifter shoe. The Bronco also gets a six-point roll cage.

There are also numerous mechanical upgrades, starting with the supercharged V8 under the bonnet. The engine – a Ford 5.0-liter Coyote – is equipped with a 2.9-liter Whipple supercharger. Power is not mentioned, but given the least powerful Ford crank engine 435 hp makes, an output of at least 500 ponies from this Bronco would not be out of the question. The power is sent to the wheels via a six-speed automatic transmission. An Atlas transfer case distributes the power between the Ford 9-inch rear axle and the Dana 44 front axle. Wilwood disc brakes with drive at all four corners help slow the Bronco. The Bronco drives with a 2.5-inch lift and makes way for the general red Grabber tires mounted on Method wheels.

There are a number of other upgrades such as billet headlight / taillight bezels, custom bumpers and some electric windows. This has probably already been sold, but if you're looking for something similar, Velocity Restorations is happy to be prepared.
