Rolls-Royce’s comprehensive personalization services allow customers to specify every detail of their car to their heart’s content. And while the result is often a beautiful work of art on wheels, sometimes limitless customization options can lead to a non-gorgeous result.

A good example of this is this Rolls-Royce Phantom Bespoke Pearl Edition for sale on Auto Leitner. It’s finished in a rather odd two-tone yellow and has 239km (149 miles) on the odometer despite being 14 years old, but even given that low mileage we’re still not sure how many people would choose to to buy him.

The last time it was sold, just two months ago, it cost €86,500 ($87,810 at current exchange rates), which is quite low considering this is a limited-edition model with such low mileage. In fact, it’s about half the amount other 2008 Phantoms go for, except they have over 100 times more mileage. According to information from the previous seller’s listing, the car would have been on a static display for most of its life.

Nevertheless, if you’re looking to make a statement, this is probably the Rolls-Royce for you, and there’s no doubting the level of quality that has gone into the finishing process. Outside of the exterior, the cabin is finished in white with piano black trim, which is a bit more traditional. The Phantom is powered by a 6.75-liter V12 that delivers 453 hp (459 hp / 338 kW) and 531 lb-ft (720 Nm) of torque, which was an impressive figure when it was new and still healthy , even by today’s standards.

There is no price listed for this car, but if you can see past the odd exterior color based on how much it sold last time, it could be your bargain for Rolls-Royce ownership, and a limited edition not less .
